By offering remote, 30 minute sessions, every appointment can be done on your terms. Fit it into any schedule and choose the location that’s most convenient for you!
During Your Session
Your Time of Intention
All you need to do during the session is to be open! Settle in and take some grounding breaths.
Personalized Healing Focus
On my end, I'll be using muscle testing to identify which emotional blocks need to be released based on the concern you chose to work on in that session.
Safe Space for Sharing (or not)
It can be hard to be vulnerable when negative emotions are involved. That’s why we ensure appointments are confidential and a judgment-free zone.
During a session, there may be times were we need to know more about a particular emotion. For example, we may need to know at what age it occurred, or if it was related to a specific person or event. In this case, you can share only what you are comfortable with. We are able to muscle test to confirm we have what we need in order to release it.

Over time you may realize more emotional balance, less volatility or gravitation toward certain emotions, plus improvement in the physical symptoms and discomforts we worked on. You may see the impacts overflow into other areas of your life, like work and relationships!
Processing Time
Depending on the intensity and quantity of emotions released in a session, your body will continue to process the release for 1-3 days. During this, most of the time, clients report feeling more joyful, relaxed, and mentally and/or physically lighter after their session. Around 20% of people may experience a temporary increase in tiredness (it takes energy to release energy!), increase in irritability or sensitivity, or “echoes” of released emotions (like feeling more weepy than usual).
